Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@sooveedchicky.com
Returns and Exchanges
We hope you enjoy our products, but if there’s an issue with your order or if you receive the wrong item, we offer a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges will be made directly at your delivery address on a one-to-one basis.
*As a food delivery business, we are unable to provide returns, refunds, or exchanges if you change your mind about an order*
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, recheck your bank account.
- Then, reach out to your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund shows up in your account.
